must be optimized for its location to have impact. A good survey
addresses design, illumination, and placement up front, eliminating
delays and unpleasant surprises down the road
We begin by profiling your existing sign program. This includes
evaluation of noteworthy site conditions, the relationship of the
existing signs to the facility and roadways, and a survey of traffic
patterns.
Then, if needed, we create a comprehensive site survey
to assure that no detail will be overlooked. Our detailed, professional
surveys explore:
- Specific site-related questions
- Applicable code regulations and ordinances
- Dimensions of existing tenant panels
- Type of fascia surface and mounting considerations
- Site photos to determine correct sizing and placement

banner to simulate the proposed signs for proper size and location.
